1. Products and Services

Clues at Home sells digital downloadable products, specifically print-at-home mystery game files (“Products”). All Products are delivered electronically as PDF files immediately upon successful payment.

2. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

  • An email with download links to your purchased Products
  • Access to your Products in your account’s “Downloads” section

Each purchase includes up to five (5) downloads. It is your responsibility to save and back up your files after downloading.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds once download links have been accessed. This policy exists because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

If you experience technical issues with your download, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem.

5. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Download and print the Product for personal, non-commercial use
  • Use the Product with your family, friends, and guests
  • Print multiple copies for a single event or gathering

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the digital files with others
  • Upload the files to any file-sharing service or website
  • Use the Products for commercial purposes (e.g., charging admission to events)
  • Modify the Products and claim them as your own work
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices

6. Intellectual Property

All Products, including text, graphics, designs, and overall presentation, are the intellectual property of Clues at Home and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure all Products are error-free and enjoyable, we do not guarantee that:

  • Products will meet your specific expectations
  • Products will be compatible with all printers or devices
  • The website will be available without interruption

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clues at Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product in question.
